Problem Statement

Large MNC Company had 5000+ contacts and were unable to find the correct personas and validate the data. Their data was not refreshed periodically and also the master data was not in best of the shape.

Our Solution

ProPlus data initiated the feasibility study and bounced 5k contacts with their master data. Based on the match report we appended and enriched the data and  segmented  based on persona, accounts and region. With further human validation it resulted in 100% accurate data for their sales and marketing outreach campaigns.

Case 3 : Healthcare Industry APAC

Problem Statement

Global Healthcare provider had 300k+ hospitals and were unable to find and locate persona with validated information — Email, Contact Number, Social Media Profile. They also wanted to segment every hospital with bed size and map the contacts accordingly.

Our Solution

ProPlus data initiated the feasibility study and bucketed the hospitals as per bed size. Structured the personas as per hospital and the key decision maker was aligned as per the requirement. Further, our tool validated all data points including Email, Phone and Social Media Profile. We were able to build more than 90% of full profile as per the specification.

Case 4 : Tech Industry – Global

Problem Statement

Global Tech provider wanting to execute a multi region campaign across targeted industries. They wanted to have opt-in consent (email & phone) for all the contacts before the campaign is executed. The data set needed to be refreshed with valid contact details; followed by opt-in campaign.

Our Solution

ProPlus data as per GDPR regulations executed an opt-in campaign as per country specific guidelines. The campaigns was to reach more than 20k contacts globally and record the consent to customers landing page. We had a conversion of more than 20% which funneled our customers ABM campaign.
